Things To Create Thursdays: Valentine’s Goodies

Happy Valentine’s Day!! XOXOXOXOXO

So over the past weekend, I discovered that I really enjoy drawing. Once I picked up the pencil I just could not stop. Now, whether these drawings are good or not, that is another story.

In keeping with the Valentine’s Day theme, I tried to draw  my own version of a Valentine’s card and would like to share it with you.

I also signed up with MoreLoveLetters.com to write out some love letters and spread some love this Valentine’s Day. You can join in the fun too. Just click on the link above and start spreading some love.

I also created a template for my daily to-do’s. I am a little obsessive when it comes to organization and cleaning and so I decided to create a little something for that. After I sketched the template, I scanned it into my computer so I could reprint it on card stock. Once it was printed on the card stock I laminated it so that I could write on it everyday and then erase it when the day is over.

As my Valentine’s gift to you, I made this template available to download for your own personal use if you would like. I know it’s not the best drawing, but hey it’s only my 3rd sketch. I’ll get better… maybe (hehe)

And if you are feeling extra creative, this Valentine’s day, why not try and arm knit a scarf for someone as a gift. Check out mine. It only took me  20 minutes to make.

Remember the greatest Valentine gift we can give is love, for He first loved us!

  1. Love your scarf that was arm knitted. Did you use a single strand and how many loops did you use. It looks smaller than the original one from Maggie’s site.

    • Thank you! I used two strands, but I guess it was just the type of yarn because it really stretched out after I finished and put it on. I’m going to try some more with different types of yarn!
